My Story As of June 7, 2000, we have been dating for 5 wonderful months. We met at the Morgantown Mall in Westover, WV, on October 14, 1999 through friends who were meeting for the first time (they had been chatting online for a while and decided to meet). When I first saw him, I was like "WOW", he was so gorgeous. While we were at the mall, Oz and I hit it off rather well...we had a great time, even though there was a little awkwardness between our friends. As I was getting ready to leave, I really wanted him to come and give me a hug, or ask for my number... something to show me he was at least a little bit interested. After meeting, we kept chatting online until December, when Oz asked me to the movies. I was slightly afraid of what my parents would say since he is after all 10 years older than me. So on January 7, 2000, I finally got the nerve to let him meet my parents. At first my parents didn't like him, but once they got to know him and realized that he really is a total sweetheart they accepted the idea. Now they treat him like a son. I'll never forget the first time he told me he loved me. It was before we'd met the second time, we were chatting and as I was about to sign off he just said it.. or well typed it. It really shocked me and I couldn't believe it at first and when I asked him if it was true he said he was starting to fall for me. I'm so glad he did. To me the best feeling in the world is when we're together... whether it be just talking on the phone, chatting online, or when he's holding me tight during a movie. I love him with all my heart and soul. I realized that I had fallen in love with this gorgeous guy one day after he dropped me off after a date, I didn't want him to go, and I practically cried myself to sleep that night cuz I missed him so much. I have so many happy memories with him. My birthday, when he gave me a beautiful necklace, graduation, when we were joking around and I smeared chocolate cake all over his face, to which he ATTEMPTED to get me back by putting ice down my shirt, and as he slid my beautiful graduation ring on my finger. I'll never forget anything he's ever done for me. I love him so much. I can't wait till I never have to spend a single day away from him.
Oz's Story I met Missy at the Morgantown Mall by chance, and I'd like to thank Dan Sargent for that, but when I first seen her I thought mmmmmmmm, Ii think it was a good time, nope I know it was a good time, we walked and I kinda talked (made her laugh and I didn't even know her), when it was time to go I wanted to give this beautiful lady a hug but didn't know how she would react (I later found out that she wanted me to ask for her # and also give her a hug.) At first we started out as friends, giving each other advice on relationships, and what kind of gifts they might like and things like that, for 2 months, but I started falling in love with her the first day I met her, after talking for those 2 months I could see that she had a lot of heart and had a lot of love to give, that's when I fell in love with her personality, then she gave me her # and we started talking for hours on the phone, that's when I fell in love with her voice, as time went on we were trying to get together for a date but never got around to it til Jan. cause of things that kept coming up like gigs and stuff. Finally we got to meet for a 2nd time but it also involved her parents (had to meet them before we could go out). Now I care for her family and love her with all my heart and soul, we have fun when we go out, and we like to joke around with each other like the day she put some of her graduation cake on my face, chocolate on chocolate was damn good, and I retaliated by putting ice down her shirt, but I LOVE HER, it's also a giving relationship, I give her love and happiness and she does the same, and it feels so good when I get to hold her for hours while watching a t.v. show or a movie.
Well, there ya have it, a view point from us both. As you can tell we are very much in love. I hope each and every one of you find love just like ours...
